The Havana Jazz Festival offers days of spectacular concerts by top Cuban musicians set in stunning venues across Havana, including the National Theatre, La Fábrica de Arte Cubano, and the National Museum of Fine Arts.
The trip goes beyond the festival itself, providing exclusive private concerts in intimate settings (think private jazz clubs, rooftops, stunning villas), an opportunity to meet the musicians, and lively receptions with renowned Cuban artists. Every detail of the tour is meticulously organized—from arranging the necessary Cuban visas, sightseeing in Havana, and day trips to other cities to fun activities and workshops, dinners at top restaurants, transportation, and comfortable accommodations.

Platinum Package
$3,995 per person for double occupancy and $4,995 for single occupancy. You will stay in an upscale hotel or villa with a private bathroom and air conditioning.
Gold Package
$2,995 per person for double occupancy and $3,795 for single occupancy. Each room will have a private bathroom and air conditioning.
Packages will include accommodation, partial meals, full pass to Havana Jazz Festival concerts, and sightseeing in Havana with day trips to other parts of Cuba.
Trip Logistics
- This trip will include 4 groups of 20 people. Each group will have their own guide and have day trips and meals together, creating a small group/intimate experience. The full group of 80 will come together for a private reception with some artists and for the festival concerts.
- Airfare is not included in the package price, so you can choose your own departure airport and make your own arrangements for getting to and from Cuba. Colibri Travel will give you more details on the timing after you are registered.
- Visas are included and will be managed by Colibri.
- Colibri will send you information on purchasing travel insurance after you are registered.

Registration
- To register for this incredible experience, please visit https://form.jotform.com/241374410090648 and secure your spot as soon as possible. Your deposit of $1,000 will be due immediately, with the full payment due within two weeks of registration.
- Each member of your party must complete the registration form to provide health and passport information and sign the waiver. There will be a space to indicate who is traveling together and what kind of room accommodation you would like.
- After completing the form, you’ll receive a copy via email.
